Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Soa, terutama dalam hal materi IPA. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan terkait 4 tahap, adalah tahap perencanaan, tahap perencanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Sebanyak 29 wali dan siswa kelas VIII terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini didapatkan secara tes tertulis, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kahoot berbasis budaya lokal meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa dan ketuntasan klasikalnya meningkat sebesar 34,48% dari 68,5% kriteria baik menjadi 89,66% dari 83,79% kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Soa mampu ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan kahoot.
